Hultafors Cleaver axe, 900 grams
This Hultafors Hand Axe is a smaller axe that is perfect for outdoor activities in the forest. It is made with a clear lacquered head that has been sandblasted. The handle of the axe is curved and made of hickory wood and subsequently treated with linseed oil.
The axe here has been hand-forged from Swedish axe steel at the Hultafors factory, using methods that date back to 1697!! The steel itself on the axe is worked by hitting it many times to increase the density of the steel, thereby providing much better durability.
If you would like to have the axe sharpened, this is possible within the clear hardening zone.
