Gas magazines
Gas magazines are more than a container for BBs – on a GBB gun both the gas reservoir and the valve sit in the magazine itself, so the magazine has a direct effect on how consistently the gun shoots. In this category you will find spare magazines for gas airsoft pistols and rifles: GBB pistols such as the Glock, Hi-Capa, P320 and M&P platforms, GBBR magazines for the M4 and Beretta PMX, and magazines for gas SMGs such as the B&T APC9K and B&T USW A1.
We have the most items from ASG, which supplies magazines for the CZ P-10C, CZ P-09 Duty, Steyr L9-A2, STI Tactical, MK23 and Special Teams Carbine. Umarex covers the licensed Glock magazines (G17 Gen 5, G18C, G19, G45 and a CNC version for the G17) as well as the Walther PPQ M2 and H&K P8 A1. From WE we have the G27, Galaxy, M&P Bulldog and XDM, among others – WE's G series follows the Glock numbering, so the G27 corresponds to the Glock 27. Rossi has CNC magazines for the Hi-Capa in long and short versions, and for GBBRs you will find VFC, Tokyo Marui and CYMA.
What to look for
- Exact model: Gas magazines are rarely universal. An Umarex Glock magazine and a WE G series magazine are not necessarily compatible, even though both are based on the Glock. Choose the magazine by both the brand and the model of your gun.
- System – GBB, GBBR or GNB: GBB magazines also drive the slide, while GNB (gas non-blowback) magazines such as ASG's MK1 magazine only power the shot itself. GBBR magazines for rifles such as VFC's VMAG Gen3 and the BCM M4 have a larger gas reservoir than pistol magazines.
- The Hi-Capa platform: The Hi-Capa has many manufacturers and magazine types. We stock magazines from Rossi, Arcturus and GK Tactical for the Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa – look for long or short in the title so the magazine fits your grip.
- HPA magazines: WE magazines marked "HPA" for the M&P and G27 are designed to run on compressed air via a line instead of gas in the magazine. See HPA accessories if you want to go that way.
- Material and weight: CNC aluminium magazines such as the Rossi Hi-Capa and Umarex G17 CNC, as well as ProWin's lightweight Glock magazine, are alternatives to the standard magazine if you want to save weight or have a more robust magazine.
Who it's for
This category is for those who have a gas pistol or GBBR and want more than one magazine in the game, or who want to replace an older magazine with a more consistent version. With several magazines you can swap instead of refilling gas and BBs during play, which matters especially on a cold day.
Top up with gas, see our gas guns, or find magazine spare parts under Hi-Capa magazine parts.
