ASG 0.20 g BBs, 1000 pcs, White

ASG 0.20 g are white 6 mm airsoft BBs in a pack of 1000. 0.20 g is the classic standard weight in airsoft and the weight that muzzle velocity is almost always measured and quoted with.

The weight suits replicas with low to moderate velocity best: spring pistols, gas pistols and entry-level AEGs. In more powerful guns such a light BB is more affected by wind and over-rotation from the hop-up, and here a heavier BB such as Hank Tactical BIO 0.25 g or 0.28 g gives a more stable trajectory. The small pack is handy when you want to try out a new replica or check its velocity.

ASG 0.20 g BBs – what you get

What you need to know about the BBs:

• 0.20 g weight: A light BB suited to replicas up to approx. 90 m/s. Lighter BBs leave the barrel faster but also lose speed sooner and are more easily affected by wind.
• Reference weight for the chronograph: Most manufacturers and sites quote muzzle velocity with 0.20 g. If you want to measure your replica's velocity, this weight gives a figure you can compare directly with the specifications.
• White colour: White BBs are easy to follow in flight, so you can see how the BB lifts and adjust your hop-up accordingly.
• 6 mm standard: The BBs fit all 6 mm airsoft replicas – spring, gas and electric – as long as the weight suits the replica's velocity.
• 1000 pcs: A small pack for testing a new replica, measuring velocity or target shooting in the garden, without a large bag you never use up.

Maintenance and safety

• Store the BBs dry and sealed so they do not collect dust and moisture.
• Never use BBs that have been on the ground – dirt can damage the inner barrel and hop-up bucking.
• These BBs are not listed as BIO, so check the site's rules before using them outdoors.
• Always wear eye protection when shooting airsoft.
