How it works

Fill in the returns portalEnter your order details in the portal below and select the items concerned.
Print the return slipPut the return slip in the parcel. Orders delivered in Denmark get a GLS return label in the portal.
Send the parcel to usPack the item securely and send it to Handelshuset Aulum, Jernbanegade 7, 7490 Aulum, Denmark, with the carrier of your choice. You pay the return shipping.

The terms

The first 14 daysYou can get your money back as a full refund of the item price. You pay the return shipping yourself.
Day 15 to 365Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a gift card for the full item price. You pay the return shipping yourself.
Warranty claimsYou have a 24-month statutory warranty. Describe the fault as precisely as possible in the portal and our workshop will take a look.

Please note

The returns portal is for online orders. If you bought in our shop in Aulum, Denmark, email support@handelshusetaulum.dk. The 365-day return right does not apply to personalised items (e.g. guns we have upgraded to your specification), special orders and outlet items.
