The returns portal "only" works if you have placed an order online at our shop. If you have purchased something in the store that needs to be repaired or upgraded, please contact us by email for a solution on a label for this.
365-day return policy:
At Handelshuset Aulum we have a 365-day return policy on goods that are still unused and in original packaging. The first 14 days you can refund and get your money back. From 14-365 days you will be issued a gift certificate for the amount.
However, if you choose to get a gift card within the first 14 days, the return is free and the gift card is therefore for the full amount. Normally, the return shipping costs 49,-
We have a few but quite important things you should pay attention to regarding returns:

We have a 365-day return policy if the item has not been packaged and used. During the first 14 days you can get your order refunded and your money back. From 14-365 days you can get a gift certificate for the amount the return covers.

Returns cost 49 DKK and will be deducted from your return - If you choose to get a gift card within the first 14 days of the right to return, we will not deduct the shipping (so you will get the full amount as a gift card)
- We use GLS, so you must drop off your package at a GLS parcel shop yourself.
- Once the return form has been completed, it must be printed together with the return label on a printer.
