Gate EON CNC Nozzle Guide, V2
In 2022, Gate began producing internal CNC parts of good quality.
Nozzle guide is one of the most important parts of the gearbox, as it is responsible for the timing and correct feeding of balls. An element like this must be able to combine two qualities, namely flexibility and durability.
The fin on the nozzle guide has been designed to provide the best possible timing and during testing no wear was observed, even after 30,000 cycles. In addition, the tolerance between the nozzle guide and the nozzle has been optimized.
When dealing with a DSG setup you usually have to cut the fin on the nozzle guide. Gate has made it easy for you with a small engraved line where you have to cut to adapt to the DSG setup.
It is made of flexible and durable POM material.
