The newest shot at HPA comes from Wolverine, here their Wolverine Modular Training Weapon (MTW).
This version is in Carbine configuration with a 14.5" outer barrel and 13" Invictus MLOK rail, giving it the same length as a regular M4 Carbine.
The internals of this model consist of the Wolverine Reaper M which is fully mechanical which means you don't need to have external power connected. The Reaper M is a mechanical version of the Gen 2 Reaper which provides better hop-up consistency and less air loss in the hose. In addition, it is compatible with the Wraith CO2 and Wraith AERO flasks. The Reaper M is made to fit directly into the MTW.
The body uses some real steel parts, such as the buffer tube, stock and lower part. This allows it to be opened in the same way as a real AR-15, but can still take normal AEG magazines.
The hop-up system is custom designed, but is compatible with normal AEG barrels and rubber, so you can easily install your preferred solution.
As an extra, the rifle registers even when the magazine is empty if you use Wolverine's own magazines, and one is of course included.
