Fenix Lightning
Fenix ARE-D2 is a dual smart charger that charges via Micro USB. It is compatible with Li-Ion and Ni-MH/Ni-cd batteries. And can charge with a full 2A.
It comes with a nice LCD screen that clearly shows information about charging, discharging and battery status. It also comes with several built-in protection features that ensure that it charges the batteries safely without the risk of overcharging, etc. It also has a built-in micro-computer that ensures that the battery life is optimized.
Battery types that can be recharged:
LI-ION: 10440, 14500, 16340, 18650, 21700 & 26650
NI-MH/NI-CD: AAA, AA & C
It takes 1.3 hours to charge a 2600 mAh Li-ION battery from zero with 2A charging.
You can charge the batteries in this charger in many ways. It comes with a standard Micro-USB connector that can be plugged into a power bank, solar panel or plugged into a wall outlet.
In addition, it can also discharge, which means that you can put 1-2 batteries in the charger and thereby, for example, charge your phone.
