Tokyo Marui AKX

Tokyo Marui AKX is a thorough modernisation of the classic AK platform. Built on the foundation of Marui's acclaimed AKM GBB system, the AKX delivers a tactical, streamlined experience tailored to today's airsoft player. With its robust anodised aluminium construction, snappy recoil and familiar Japanese precision, this is not just a rifle – it is a well-thought-out performance tool.

Modern construction and ergonomics

The AKX is designed to feel solid and professional in the hands:

• Anodised aluminium: The receiver and body are made from impact-resistant black anodised aluminium, giving the rifle a realistic weight of 3550 g. It feels just like the real thing.

• M-LOK handguard: The slim, ergonomic handguard has several M-LOK slots, so you can easily mount lights, foregrips or lasers without unnecessary weight.

• Optimised grip: The pistol grip has a non-slip texture on the sides and deep grooves front and back, giving a rock-solid hold in all conditions.

Tactical flexibility and sights

• Continuous rail system: A full Weaver/Picatinny rail runs across both the receiver and the handguard, giving plenty of room for your preferred red dot sight or riflescope.

• Adjustable sights: The rifle comes with modern aperture sights. The rear sight folds down so it stays out of the way of your optics, while the front sight adjusts for both elevation and windage.

• Folding & removable stock: The ergonomic synthetic stock folds to the side for easy transport. As a distinctive feature, the stock is mounted on a short vertical rail, which means it can be removed completely or replaced with other types.

Accuracy and GBB performance

• 8.7" barrel with muzzle brake: The barrel ends in a 14 mm CCW thread and an aggressive aluminium muzzle brake held securely in place by a locking pin.

• Marui recoil: The rifle delivers a crisp, satisfying kick with every shot, and the bolt of course locks back when the magazine is empty.

• Adjustable hop-up: Tokyo Marui's adjustable hop-up gives a stable trajectory that is easy to fine-tune.

• Stable receiver: A clever adjustment knob above the stock lets you tighten the receiver to eliminate any play or wobble in the construction.

Magazine and controls

• Aluminium magazine: A robust magazine with a capacity of 35 rounds is included, designed for good gas efficiency.

• Ambidextrous release: The magazine release in front of the trigger guard is easy to operate from both sides, making reloads fast and efficient for every shooter.
