Hank Tactical BIO BBs, 0.28 g, 4000 pcs, White

Hank Tactical BIO 0.28 g are 6 mm airsoft BBs from our own brand, supplied in a bag of 4000 white BBs. 0.28 g is the standard weight for AEGs: it uses the energy of a typical electric airsoft gun better than lighter BBs and holds its line further out in the woods.

The BBs are made in Taiwan by BB manufacturer BLS to a diameter of 5.95 mm ±0.01 mm. That tolerance is what separates a precision BB from a cheap one: when every BB has the same size and weight, the hop-up bucking grips it the same way every time and shots land more consistently. As a rule of thumb, 0.28 g suits guns shooting around 95–115 m/s measured with 0.20 g, which covers most stock AEGs and GBBRs.

Hank Tactical BIO 0.28 g – what you get

• Diameter 5.95 mm ±0.01 mm: A tight tolerance gives an even seal in the inner barrel and consistent contact with the hop-up bucking, so shot-to-shot spread is smaller than with BBs that vary in size.
• 0.28 g weight: Heavy enough to stay stable in wind and through light foliage, yet light enough for an AEG with a stock spring to lift it with the hop-up. For upgraded guns and DMRs, 0.30–0.32 g adds stability.
• Polished, bubble-free finish: The BBs are polished with no internal air bubbles, giving an even weight distribution and more stable backspin from the hop-up.
• BIO material: Biodegradable, so they can be used on the many outdoor sites that require BIO. The trade-off is that the material ages, so use them within a reasonable time.
• 4000 per bag: Enough for several game days with an AEG or a full season with a gas pistol, and white BBs are easy to track in flight while you set your hop-up.

Maintenance and safety

• Keep the bag sealed, dry and at room temperature. BIO BBs can absorb moisture, and damp BBs may swell slightly and cause feeding problems.
• Never reuse BBs that have been on the ground – dirt and deformed BBs can damage the inner barrel and hop-up bucking.
• Change weight in small steps and readjust the hop-up after each change so the BB flies straight.
• Always wear approved eye and face protection when shooting airsoft.
