About Well Pro WG13-3CP MWS GBBR, Folding Stock, 9.5" M-LOK
The Well Pro WG13-3CP is a gas blowback M4 with a folding skeleton stock, built on Well Pro's MWS-based WG13 platform. Instead of a buffer tube and telescopic stock, the stock sits on a 1913 stock adapter so it can fold along the side. Together with the black 9.5" M-LOK handguard, this gives a short, PDW-like rifle that is easy to transport and manoeuvre in tight spaces.
A folding stock is particularly practical in CQB and building clearance, and when the rifle has to go in a bag between games. The skeleton stock is low-profile and light, and with the nylon body the weight stays down, so the rifle is comfortable to carry all day. Underneath, it is the same WG13 system as the rest of the series, with metal in the stressed parts, hop-up from the top rail and adjustable gas flow.
WG13-3CP – key features
The most important features:
- Folding skeleton stock on 1913 adapter: The stock mounts on a Picatinny adapter at the rear of the lower receiver and folds to the side. That makes the rifle considerably shorter than a classic M4 with buffer tube, and you can still shoot with the stock folded if the situation calls for it. The handguard is a 9.5" M-LOK that leaves room for a grip and light without extra weight.
- Lightweight nylon body with metal where it matters: The upper and lower are reinforced nylon, which keeps the weight down, while the bolt, buffer, pins, magazine release, bolt catch and trigger group are metal. These are the parts that take the load with every shot, and here metal is clearly more durable than plastic.
- Hop-up adjusted from the top rail: The hop-up adjuster is accessible under the top rail, so you can correct the trajectory without opening the rifle. On many GBBRs you have to pull back the charging handle or split the upper and lower to reach the hop-up.
- Adjustable gas flow: The gas flow is regulated by a screw inside the bolt carrier assembly using the long hex key supplied. This lets you tune the rifle to site limits and to the season, as green gas behaves differently in heat and cold. Well quotes an adjustable velocity range of approx. 91–122 m/s.
- Genuine GBB recoil: The bolt cycles with every shot and gives the mechanical feedback an AEG cannot deliver. That makes the WG13 well suited to players who want to train real manipulation of an M4 system with bolt catch and magazine changes.
Maintenance and safety
- Use good-quality green gas and keep the magazine sealed: a few drops of silicone oil on the fill valve and seals at regular intervals extend their life.
- Gas loses pressure in the cold. Keep magazines warm on cold days, and adjust the gas flow rather than pushing the system with stronger gas.
- Lightly lubricate the bolt carrier and nozzle after use, and clean the inner barrel regularly to keep hop-up and accuracy consistent.
- Store the rifle with an empty magazine and always wear approved eye protection. Our workshop in Aulum, Denmark is happy to help with tuning and upgrading GBBRs.
