Umarex
2017 was the year when Glock chose to accept Airsoft as a branch where they could sell their license and thereby have Glock Airsoft pistols made. Cybergun in France was the first to come out with a G17 on CO2. However, this is only for the French market. 2 months later Umarex received a license to sell Glock replicas to the whole world. We are now seeing the fruit of this.
One of the first models is this Glock 17 with Blow Back on gas. This Glock 17 is made by Taiwanese VFC, which is known for making very good airsoft weapons. In addition, it can be said that this particular gun is the Glock 17 Gen 3.
The airsoft version here is made of the classic polymer lower and a metal slide that has blow back. The gun has of course all the correct engravings with Glock logo etc. The gun is really nicely made. It has a small rail in front where you can put a light or other accessories!
This gun has a nice blow back with strong recoil when shooting.
The gun uses Gas which is filled via the magazine as is known from almost all other Gas models.
