Cyma EMG Barrett REC10

The Cyma EMG Barrett REC10 is a replica of Barrett's REC10 rifle with licensed Barrett markings, made in a collaboration between Cyma and EMG. It has an M-LOK handguard, a continuous Picatinny top rail and a five-position adjustable stock – a modern, clean design that suits woodland play and play in buildings equally well.

At 2700 g, the rifle is easy to carry all day, because the body is made from fibre-reinforced nylon rather than metal. Inside sits Cyma's Platinum V2.5 gearbox with a quick-change spring and a built-in E-Shooter MOSFET, and the battery is stored in the stock.

The REC10 gives you a modern platform design with electronics that are normally an upgrade.

• Licensed Barrett design: The rifle carries licensed Barrett markings and follows the REC10's modern lines rather than a generic M4 silhouette.
• Nylon fibre body: The fibre-reinforced nylon body keeps the weight down to 2700 g – noticeably lighter than an equivalent rifle in metal.
• Platinum V2.5 gearbox with quick-change spring: The spring can be changed without opening the gearbox, so you can easily adapt the rifle to different sites' velocity limits.
• Built-in E-Shooter MOSFET: The MOSFET protects the trigger contacts and gives a more responsive trigger than a purely mechanical contact group – especially with LiPo batteries.
• M-LOK and Picatinny: The M-LOK handguard and continuous top rail leave room for an optic, light and foregrip. The muzzle thread is 14 mm CCW, and the connector is Deans.

Maintenance and safety
Always remove the battery after use and for storage, and charge LiPo batteries under supervision in a LiPo safety bag. Clean the barrel with a cleaning rod and a dry cloth when accuracy drops, and only use silicone-free oil on the external metal parts. Store the rifle locked away and out of reach of children, transport it in a closed bag, and always wear approved eye protection on site.
