Cyma DD 5 V3 15 Inch

The Cyma DD 5 V3 15 Inch is a replica of the Daniel Defense DD5 V3 in AR-10 format with a 15" free-float M-LOK handguard and licensed Daniel Defense markings. The long handguard and the 420 mm inner barrel make it an obvious rifle for players who want to cover the longer distances in woodland and on open sites, while still having a rifle that can be used actively.

The rifle is built in Cyma's Platinum series with an extended SR-25-format V2 gearbox with quick-change spring and a Kestrel V2 ETU that controls the trigger electronically. The battery sits in the stock, the connector is Deans, and the overall length is 880–960 mm depending on stock position. It weighs 3070 g.

The DD5 V3 combines a licensed exterior with a layout made to be tuned.

• 15" free-float M-LOK handguard: The handguard does not rest on the barrel, and M-LOK lets you mount accessories exactly where you want them – while the handguard stays slim and easy to hold.
• Kestrel V2 ETU: The electronic trigger unit gives a crisp, fast trigger and protects the contacts from wear compared with a mechanical contact group.
• Quick-change spring: The spring can be changed without opening the gearbox, so the rifle can quickly be adapted to different sites' velocity limits.
• Ambidextrous controls: Charging handle, safety, magazine release and bolt catch can be operated from both sides – handy for left-handers and when switching shoulders around obstacles.
• 180-round SR-25 magazine: The rifle uses SR-25 magazines and comes with a 180-round mid-cap magazine. The muzzle thread is 14 mm CCW, so standard mock suppressors and flash hiders fit.

Maintenance and safety
Always remove the battery after use and for storage, and charge LiPo batteries under supervision in a LiPo safety bag. Clean the barrel with a cleaning rod and a dry cloth when accuracy drops, and only use silicone-free oil on the external metal parts. Store the rifle locked away and out of reach of children, transport it in a closed bag, and always wear approved eye protection on site.
