Polarstar Spare Parts

A Polarstar HPA engine runs for a long time, but fittings, springs, lines and electronics are wear parts that need replacing when something breaks – ideally without waiting for the part to be ordered in. In this category you will find spare parts for Polarstar systems: push fittings, microline, poppet and nozzle springs, screw sets, switchboards and cables.

Polarstar is the American manufacturer behind the Fusion Engine, F2 and Jack HPA engines, and most parts here are genuine Polarstar parts: 90-degree push fittings for 6 mm macroline with and without thread, microline for the Fusion Engine, the FEV2 screw set, light and standard poppet/nozzle springs and the switchboard for the Fusion Engine V3 Gen3. What to look for

• Engine and generation: The Fusion Engine, F2 and F1 don't share all parts. Check that the part is for your engine and generation – e.g. Gen2 screws or the V3 Gen3 switchboard.
• Line type: Microline and 6 mm macroline use different fittings. Choose a threaded fitting if it is to screw directly into a regulator or grip.
• Springs: A light poppet/nozzle spring changes how the engine responds to pressure. Only change it if you know what your setup needs.
• Spares in your bag: Small parts such as screws, fittings and microline are cheap to carry on game day and can save a whole day.
