Polarstar Poppet
The poppet is the valve in a Polarstar HPA engine that opens and closes for the air that fires the BB. By changing the poppet you can change how much air is let through per shot, and so fine-tune the engine's behaviour to your setup.
We stock the Polarstar F2 Low Flow Poppet in gold. Polarstar is the American manufacturer behind the F2 engine, and the low-flow poppet is intended for setups where less air needs to pass per shot.
What to look for
- Engine model: Poppets are made for a specific Polarstar engine. This one is for the F2 and does not necessarily fit the Fusion Engine or Jack.
- Flow: A low-flow poppet is typically used when you want to run a higher pressure without exceeding the site limit, or with a shorter barrel.
- The whole setup: Poppet, nozzle and regulator pressure work together – change one part at a time and test with a chronograph afterwards.
Who it suits
