Golden Eagle Daniel Defense MK18, DT

The Golden Eagle Daniel Defense MK18 is a gas-powered replica built on the iconic MK18 platform, known from numerous special forces units around the world. With its compact design, full-metal body and distinctive bronze-coloured metal handguard, this model has a striking, authentic look that is ideal for CQB and close engagements on the field, where a short, manoeuvrable replica gives a clear advantage.

Many players are looking for a replica that combines a realistic look with solid function – without compromising on handling in the field. Gas systems differ from electric ones by giving a more authentic recoil feel and sound, which many experienced airsoft players prefer when realism and immersion are the focus. The combination of full-metal construction and the familiar MK18 form factor makes this replica a solid choice for both beginners and experienced players who want a convincing secondary or primary.

Built for realism and hard use
This replica comes with a range of details that support both looks and function in high-pressure game situations.

• Full-metal construction: Body and handguard in metal give a noticeable heft and robustness that set it apart from cheaper polymer models and add to a more realistic handling experience.
• Gas-powered system (GBBR): Unlike electric AEGs, gas blowback gives physical recoil with every shot, delivering a more authentic shooting experience and training the player's sight correction between shots.
• Safe/Semi/Auto fire modes: The selector gives full flexibility between safe, semi-automatic fire for precise engagements and full-auto for close CQB situations.
• 40-round polymer magazine: A practical capacity that balances weight and round count, so the replica stays quick to handle without constant reloading.
• Extendable stock: The length adjusts from 710 to 790 mm, letting you adapt the replica to each player's build and preferred shooting style.

Maintenance and safety
As this replica uses gas as propellant, it should be stored somewhere dry and at a stable temperature to avoid pressure loss and damage to valves and O-rings. Lubricate the gas system and magazine regularly with silicone oil for a long service life and stable function. Always check that the replica is on safe and the magazine is removed when not in use, and store it out of reach of children and unauthorised persons.
