GE Daniel Defense MK18 GBBR, FDE

This GBBR replica is built under the official Daniel Defense MK18 licence and made by Golden Eagle with a full-metal body. The short, compact Carbine form factor with extendable stock makes it ideal for CQB and indoor games, where manoeuvrability and fast handling in tight rooms are decisive. The two-tone colour scheme with black stock and FDE pistol grip also gives an authentic, military look that matches the original's design.

Gas-powered replicas like this one differ from electric AEGs by delivering a realistic blowback function that simulates the original's recoil and movement with every shot. That gives a more immersive game experience and trains sight recovery between shots in a way electric replicas cannot imitate to the same degree – which makes this type particularly popular with players who want an experience closer to real firearms.

Solidly built with authentic function
The MK18 replica combines full-metal construction with gas blowback and three fire modes, giving both durability and flexibility in the field.

• Full-metal body: The body is made of metal, giving a noticeably more solid and realistic weight distribution than polymer alternatives, while increasing resistance to everyday wear on the field.
• Gas blowback (GBBR): Every shot triggers a mechanical recoil movement that imitates the action of a real firearm – something an ordinary AEG cannot deliver.
• Safe/Semi/Auto fire modes: The selector gives access to safe, semi-automatic and full-automatic fire, so you can adapt your fire to the situation on the field.
• 40-round polymer magazine: The magazine is made of hard-wearing polymer and gives a sensible capacity for gas replicas in this class without adding weight.
• Extendable stock (crane stock): The length adjusts from 710 to 790 mm, so the replica can be adapted to different body sizes and playing styles, from tight CQB to more open sites.

Maintenance and safety
As the replica is gas-powered, it should be stored upright or lying flat at room temperature – avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures, which can affect the gas pressure and the magazine seals. Lubricate O-rings and gas key regularly with silicone oil for a long service life and stable function. Always treat the replica as a real firearm: wear eye protection during play, and store it out of reach of children and unauthorised persons when not in use.
