About GE AT 8905 DOOMSDAY Shotgun, Tan
The Golden Eagle AT 8905 DOOMSDAY is a gas pump-action airsoft shotgun built to imitate both the look and the operation of a classic pump-action shotgun. With metal construction, an adjustable M4 stock and a modular rail system, it is designed for players who want a realistic, versatile replica for CQB and close engagements, where the controlled rhythm of fire and the shell magazine create a different game dynamic from ordinary AEGs. Pump-action shotguns fill a niche that traditional electric and gas replicas rarely cover: the manual pump stroke between each shot forces the user to think about pace and positioning, rather than simply holding the trigger down. Combined with the modular Picatinny/M-LOK system, the replica can be set up exactly the way each player prefers – without compromising on weight or balance.
Realistic operation with considered details
The DOOMSDAY combines a solid metal receiver, selectable fire mode and well-thought-out ergonomics, giving a convincing and flexible game experience.
- Metal body: The receiver is made of metal, giving a realistic weight distribution and a solid, authentic feel in the hand compared with all-plastic replicas.
- 30-round shell magazine: The shell-based magazine system with 3 BBs per shell gives a more realistic reloading process than conventional stick magazines and adds to the tension of reloading under pressure.
- Selectable 3-round/6-round mode: The number of BBs per pump stroke can be set, so the player decides whether the replica delivers a controlled volley or a wider spread with each pump.
- Modular rail system: The machined one-piece Picatinny top rail plus M-LOK and QD sockets give room for sights, grips and other accessories without affecting the robustness of the construction.
- 6-position adjustable M4 stock: The stock adapts to the player's arm length and kit (e.g. vest or protective gear), giving a more personal and stable sight line than a fixed stock.
Maintenance and safety
As the replica runs on green gas, it should be stored upright or lying flat at room temperature and not exposed to direct sun or strong heat, as the pressure in the gas system can otherwise rise unnecessarily. After use, empty the magazine of shells and vent the system if the replica will not be used for a while, to spare the O-rings and valves. Always treat the replica as the real thing – wear eye protection during play, and store it out of reach of children and unauthorised persons when not in use.
