About G&G STP45 Pro 7.4", CO2
The G&G STP45 Pro 8'' is a CO2-powered blowback pistol with a CNC-machined aluminium slide and frame, reinforced with a CERAKOTE® coating for high wear resistance under intensive use. Full blowback gives realistic recoil and slide movement with every shot, and the pistol comes with two 30-round magazines and an engraved carry case.
Many gas pistols in this price range use a polymer slide to keep the weight down, which usually costs wear resistance with frequent use. The STP45 Pro goes the other way: a fully CNC-machined metal slide with Cerakote finish, built to stand up to repeated competitive play without making the pistol unnecessarily heavy to handle.
Construction, performance and compatibility
The specifications are tailored to demanding users who want durability without compromising accuracy:
- CNC-machined metal slide with CERAKOTE®: Considerably more hard-wearing than the polymer slides found on many competing CO2 pistols in the same price range.
- Approx. 101 m/s muzzle velocity (0.20 g BBs): Consistent performance that suits most indoor and outdoor sites' rules.
- Patented PAI hop-up system: Adjustable hop-up that can lift BBs up to 0.40 g – relevant if you want to shoot heavier, more wind-stable BBs for better accuracy.
- Two 30-round magazines included: Less time spent reloading compared with pistols that come with only one magazine.
- 14 mm CCW thread: Compatible with standard aftermarket mock suppressors and compensators.
Maintenance and safety
- Only use CO2 capsules intended for airsoft, and never overfill the magazine
- CO2 generally performs less consistently at low temperatures – keep the magazine warm before use in cold weather
- Lubricate the O-rings regularly with silicone oil to extend the life of the magazine
- Treat the pistol as loaded, and always wear eye protection approved for airsoft during play
