About Umarex K3 NEO Moderator
The Umarex K3 NEO is a compact moderator for air rifles with a ½"-20 UNF muzzle thread. It is made from aluminium with three internal chambers and noticeably reduces muzzle report – especially on PCP air rifles, where the muzzle blast is the main source of noise.
At 140 mm long and 151 g, it has very little effect on the balance of the rifle.
Umarex K3 NEO – what you need to know
- ½"-20 UNF: Fits most air rifles with a threaded muzzle. Check that your rifle has a ½"-20 UNF thread.
- .177 (4.5 mm) and .22 (5.5 mm): Made for air rifles in both calibres.
- 3 chambers: Baffles divide the moderator into three chambers that slow down the air leaving the muzzle.
- Compact and light: 140 mm and 151 g in matt black anodised aluminium that does not reflect light.
Who is it for?
For PCP or springer owners with a threaded muzzle who want to shoot more discreetly – for example in the garden or on a range with neighbours nearby. On springers the effect is smaller, because the mechanism itself makes noise.
Fitting
Screw the moderator on by hand and check that it sits straight and tight before shooting.
