About Storm PC1 Sniper, Black
Storm Airsoft from France, known for their airsoft grenades (sold through ASG among others), has produced a complete sniper rifle, the PC1, with a technology quite different from what we already know. It is built to use compressed air as its power source: you still cycle it like a regular manual sniper rifle, but instead of compressing a spring, air is compressed in the cylinder to create the pressure. The system is controlled by an electromagnet, so it needs a small battery. A cleverly thought-out system called the R-Shot System, which thinks outside the box.
The rifle shoots 2 J out of the box, and a plastic cylinder for 3 J is available separately if you want it.
The rifle is extremely light at just 1.6 kg and only 625 mm long without the mock suppressor. Note that it is a bullpup, so it has a long barrel even though the rifle itself is short.
The sniper rifle is VSR-compatible with several parts, including the hop-up unit and the magazine.
