About Sorbopad for V6 – Thickness 3/16", Hardness 40
Description:
Scatterplot Sorbopads are well-made sorbopads for airsoft. Scatterplot Sorbopads are laser-cut from Sorbothane, a synthetic elastic polymer, and fit your AEG's cylinder head precisely.
Using Sorbothane gives you 3 benefits:
- Sorbothane absorbs shock, and when used on the cylinder head it absorbs the impact from the piston head, making it far less likely that the gearbox will crack at the front.
- Using extra-thick Sorbopads gives the correct angle of engagement with the piston, which improves piston life.
- Sorbothane also significantly reduces the noise of your AEG by damping the sound of the piston head striking the cylinder head.
Specifications:
Colour: Black
Package contains: One (1) Sorbopad
Hardness: 40 = soft, 70 = semi-soft

Please note:
- Each Sorbopad is cut for a specific gearbox type. Make sure you buy the right product for your cylinder head.
- You can extend the life of your Sorbopad by gluing a NeoPad on top.
Fitting:
- Remove the existing rubber pad from the cylinder head
- Clean the surface of the cylinder head and make sure there is no greasy film
- Glue the Sorbopad on with a suitable amount of glue and wait until the glue is completely dry
- Make sure the Sorbopad is firmly attached before fitting it in the AEG
