Description:
Scatterplot Sorbopads are laser-cut from Sorbothane, a synthetic elastic polymer, and shaped to fit your AEG's cylinder head.
Using Sorbothane gives you three benefits:
- Sorbothane absorbs shock: fitted to the cylinder head, it absorbs the impact from the piston head and makes it far less likely that the gearbox will crack at the front.
- An extra-thick Sorbopad gives the correct angle of engagement with the piston, which extends piston life.
- Sorbothane also noticeably reduces the sound of your AEG by damping the noise of the piston head striking the cylinder head.

Please note:
- Each Sorbopad is cut for a specific gearbox type. Make sure you buy the right product for your cylinder head.
- You can extend the life of your Sorbopad by gluing a NeoPad on top.
Fitting:
- Remove the existing rubber pad from the cylinder head.
- Clean the surface of the cylinder head and make sure there is no greasy film.
- Glue the Sorbopad on with a suitable amount of glue and wait until the glue has fully dried.
- Make sure the Sorbopad is firmly attached before fitting it in the AEG.
