About Artemis T-Rex Bullpup
The Artemis T-Rex Bullpup is a regulated PCP air rifle in .177 (4.5 mm) in bullpup format with a synthetic stock. The action and magazine sit behind the trigger, so you get a 530 mm barrel in a rifle that is only approx. 840 mm long – short enough to be easy to handle, transport and store.
A traditional rifle with the same barrel length would be considerably longer overall. The bullpup layout moves the weight back towards the shoulder, so the rifle feels lighter at the front and is easier to hold steady standing. The 150 cc air cylinder is filled to 250 bar, and a built-in regulator keeps the shot pressure consistent across the fill. The pressure gauge is built into the cylinder, and filling is via a Foster quick-connect fitting.
Compact bullpup with full barrel length
The key features:
- Bullpup design: A long barrel in a short rifle – you get the barrel length of a full-size rifle in a package that takes up much less space in the car and gun cabinet.
- Regulator and 150 cc cylinder: The regulator gives a fixed working pressure, so velocity does not drop as cylinder pressure falls. That gives more consistent shots than an unregulated PCP.
- 12-shot magazine and sidelever: The sidelever can be moved to the left side, so the rifle can be set up for both right- and left-handed shooters.
- Adjustable trigger: The pull weight can be set between approx. 900 and 2300 g, so you can choose between a light precision trigger and a firmer one.
- Picatinny top and bottom: A Picatinny rail on top for a riflescope and under the fore-end for a bipod, for example. The barrel shroud has built-in muzzle report reduction.
Maintenance and safety
- Only fill with clean, dry air from a hand pump, compressor or air tank – never above 250 bar.
- A hand pump or compressor is not included and must be bought separately if you do not already have one.
- Store the rifle unloaded, with the magazine out and the safety on, and clean the barrel regularly with felt cleaning pellets.
- Check the air rifle regulations in your country, including age limits, before purchase. Wear shooting glasses and use a safe pellet trap.
