Where Set A covers the more traditional profiles, Set B offers specialised geometries (including flat and concave profiles) designed to give your hop-up bucking a much larger and more consistent contact surface with the BB.
Optimised for flat-hop, R-hop and heavy BB weights
Set B is the preferred choice for airsoft techs building DMRs or accurate rifle setups:
- Larger contact surface (flat-hop profile): The profiles in this set press the hop-up bucking down evenly over a longer section of the BB, instead of creating a small point of pressure. This gives a far more stable and consistent backspin.
- Suited to heavy BBs: The optimised pressure geometry makes it easy to lift heavy BBs (e.g. 0.28 g to 0.40 g+) without blocking feeding or noticeably reducing muzzle velocity.
