About Lancer Tactical M40P AEG WWII

The Lancer Tactical M40P AEG WWII is a historically accurate replica of the legendary MP40, built predominantly in metal with a compact folding stock. The form factor makes it ideal for reenactment and WWII-themed airsoft events, where authenticity in both looks and handling is decisive. With the stock folded, the replica is particularly easy to handle in close quarters and buildings, while at full length it gives the correct historical silhouette in the field.

Many modern AEG replicas prioritise lightweight polymer and a tactical look, which makes them unsuitable for historical setups. The M40P solves this by combining a solid, predominantly metal construction with the correct period design – something hard to find in today's airsoft market, where most models target a modern military style.

Authentic design with reliable electric operation
The combination of historical accuracy and an electric (AEG) firing mechanism gives players a replica that works as well on the field as it looks correct for reenactment.

  • Predominantly metal construction: Gives the replica a realistic weight and a robustness that exceeds the polymer-heavy alternatives typically seen in modern AEGs – important for both durability and the tactile experience in historical roleplay.
  • Folding stock: The classic MP40 stock design folds in under the receiver, reducing overall length considerably and making the replica easier to manoeuvre and store between scenarios.
  • Electric firing mechanism (AEG): Semi-automatic and full-automatic fire are driven by a built-in motor and gearbox, giving a more consistent firing cycle than spring-powered alternatives and requiring less manual intervention between shots.
  • Historically correct silhouette: Design and proportions closely follow the original MP40, making the replica particularly attractive to reenactors, where visual accuracy is highly valued.
  • 60-round magazine capacity: A sensible number of shots between refills without compromising the slim, period-typical magazine shape.

Maintenance and safety
As the M40P is an electric replica, always remove the battery for long-term storage, and keep the gearbox and contacts free of dirt and moisture for a long service life. After use in wet weather, wipe the metal parts dry and lightly oil them if needed to prevent corrosion. Always check that the replica is on safe and the magazine removed when not in active use, and store it out of reach of children and unauthorised persons.
