About G&G PDW15-CQB
The G&G PDW15-CQB is the little brother of the PDW15-AR – the same Honey Badger-inspired platform, but with a shorter 229 mm M-LOK rail and mock suppressor. The reduced length makes the gun even more manoeuvrable in tight spaces, without compromising the full metal construction that defines the PDW15 series.
The shorter an AEG is, the easier it usually is to swing through doorways and tight corridors on a CQB field – but many short AEGs compensate with lighter, less durable materials. The PDW15-CQB solves this by keeping the full metal rail system and internal gearbox parts, and only shortening the outer rail system and the mock suppressor.
Compact form factor, drive system and handling
The specifications are tailored to fast, close-quarters engagements:
- 229 mm M-LOK rail with mock suppressor: Shorter than the AR variant, which makes the gun easier to manoeuvre in CQB environments and through doorways.
- 110 m/s muzzle velocity (0.20 g BBs): Places it at a level that suits most indoor and CQB sites' rules – always check your local site's limits.
- 300-round hi-cap magazine: The same magazine compatibility as the rest of the PDW15 series.
- Two-position collapsible stock: Adjustable length with side-button release and a concealed battery compartment, just like the AR variant.
- Reinforced polymer/metal body: A full metal rail and gearbox parts combined with a reinforced polymer receiver keep the weight down without compromising durability.
Maintenance and safety
- Always use an 11.1V LiPo stick battery with a proper balance charger – never overcharge the battery
- Store and charge the LiPo battery in a LiPo safety bag
- Treat the gun as loaded, and always wear eye protection approved for airsoft during play
