FX Impact MKI Magazine, 4.5 mm, 21 Rounds

The FX Impact MKI magazine in 4.5 mm (.177) is a rotary spare magazine for the first generation of the FX Impact – the MKI. It holds 21 pellets and has an aluminium housing, so it can handle being changed and carried in a pocket through a long day's shooting. With a spare loaded magazine ready, you can change in seconds instead of refilling between strings.

Please note that the magazine only fits the Impact MKI. FX changed the magazine with the Impact MkII, so the MkII, M3 and M4 use a different magazine. If you have an MKI, this is the right model to add – and because it is no longer standard on new rifles, it is a good idea to keep a couple of spares on the shelf.

• Aluminium housing: FX made the MKI magazine with an aluminium housing that is stiff and hard-wearing and holds its shape even when dropped or carried loose in a bag.
• Made for the Impact MKI: The magazine is dimensioned for the MKI's magazine well and feed, so it seats and feeds correctly – unlike the newer magazines, which do not fit the MKI.
• Rotary feed: The rotary magazine feeds the pellets consistently to the barrel, giving stable loading shot after shot.
• Spare magazines save time: With two or three loaded magazines you can concentrate on shooting instead of reloading at the bench.

Maintenance and safety

• Check that your rifle is an Impact MKI before ordering – the magazine does not fit the MkII, M3 or M4.
• Only use 4.5 mm pellets, and keep the magazine free of lead dust and dirt; wipe it with a dry cloth.
• Remove the magazine and check that the chamber is empty before transporting or putting the rifle away.
• Store loaded magazines separately from the rifle and out of reach of unauthorised persons.
