Benchmade 15535 Taggedout

Looking for a lightweight folding knife that packs full-size performance into a very slim design? The Benchmade 15535 Taggedout® is a hunting-inspired development of the well-known Bugout platform. It is made specifically for hunters and outdoor enthusiasts who cover many kilometres of terrain, where every single gram in the pack counts. Despite an overall length of over 200 mm, this field companion weighs under 60 g.

High visibility, secure grip and CPM-154 powder steel

The Taggedout is designed to perform in the wild, whether you are skinning game, whittling sticks or preparing meals around the campfire:

• Blaze Orange Grivory® handle: The ergonomic handle is in a bright signal orange. This means the knife always catches your eye if you put it down on the forest floor or drop it in long grass at dusk. The deep, non-slip surface texture gives a secure grip, even when your hands are wet or cold.

• High-performance CPM-154 steel (58-61 HRC): The 88.9 mm clip-point blade is made of advanced CPM-154 stainless powder steel. The process gives the steel a very fine, uniform microstructure, which gives a good balance between toughness, corrosion resistance and an edge that stays sharp through long, intensive use in the field.

• Clean satin finish: The blade has a classic, finely polished satin finish that contrasts with the bright orange handle.

AXIS® Lock and fully Ambidextrous

Although the knife is very slim and light, it is mechanically solid:

• Uncompromising lock strength: The patented AXIS® Lock uses a steel bar across the frame that locks the blade solidly in the open position. It gives you the mechanical security and feel of a fixed blade in a practical folding format. The lock allows fast one-handed operation.

• Fully Ambidextrous: Thanks to the AXIS system working from both sides and the fitted Mini Deep Carry pocket clip (which is easily moved to either side), the knife works equally well whether you are right- or left-handed.

The knife is Made in USA to very strict quality standards, making it an EDC (Everyday Carry) companion for hunters and outdoor people for many seasons to come.
