About Archwick Piston Head, Type 2
This precision-made piston head is designed in CNC-machined aluminium for maximum durability and reliability in your airsoft replica. It is fitted with a single O-ring, which gives lower friction and a higher rate of fire (ROF) compared with standard plastic piston heads, without compromising the air seal.
Small vent holes in the design, combined with negative pressure, optimise BB feeding and reduce the risk of jams. The O-ring is made from a special rubber compound that gives a long service life and a maximum air seal – even under intensive use.
The piston head also has bearings for smooth operation and reduced stress when firing.
Ideal for tuned or upgraded AEGs that need high reliability and optimal performance in combination with springs below M120 and lower ROF (below 25 rounds per second).
