Steyr SSG 69 P2 Sniper Package – with Upgrades, Scope and BBs

The Steyr SSG 69 P2 Sniper Package brings together everything you need to get started as a sniper: the rifle, a precision barrel and an M150 spring fitted by our technician, a 3–9x40 riflescope and 1000 Hank Tactical BIO 0.36 g BBs. You don't need to strip the rifle yourself – it comes ready from our workshop in Aulum, Denmark.

The SSG 69 P2 from ASG is a spring-powered bolt action sniper rifle made under licence from Steyr. It uses neither gas nor batteries, so performance is the same in summer and winter. The package price is lower than buying the parts separately, and only 12 sets are available at the package price.

What you get in the package

• Steyr SSG 69 P2: Bolt action sniper rifle with VSR/BAR-10-type adjustable hop-up, 25-round magazine and a rail for scope mounting. The rifle is cocked with the bolt for each shot.
• Precision barrel 6.03 × 465 mm: Replaces the standard barrel. A precision barrel with a tighter tolerance gives the BB a more consistent path out of the barrel than a standard barrel and is one of the first upgrades most sniper players make.
• M150 spring: Replaces the standard spring and gives more performance. We fit barrel and spring together and check the rifle before it ships.
• HH 3–9x40 riflescope: Variable magnification from 3× to 9×. We mount the scope with rings that fit the rifle's rail.
• Hank Tactical BIO BBs, 0.36 g: 1000 biodegradable BBs in a weight suited to an upgraded sniper rifle. Heavier BBs are less sensitive to wind than light BBs.

Maintenance and safety

The package is prepared in the workshop after ordering, so it may take a few extra working days before it ships. The rifle's velocity with the new spring is not stated here, as it depends on the complete setup – always check your site's limits for snipers, and have the rifle chronographed at the site before your first game. Always wear an approved mask or goggles, which are not included in the package. Store the rifle uncocked and without magazine, and keep the barrel clean with a cleaning rod.
