About HFC M9 A1 GNB
Looking for a reliable, economical and site-friendly backup pistol? The HFC M9 A1 GNB (gas non-blowback) in 6 mm airsoft calibre combines the legendary Beretta M92 design with modern functionality. As this model is a non-blowback, the slide does not move when firing. That gives you a pistol with fewer moving parts, very low maintenance and excellent gas economy, with no gas wasted on recoil.
Tactical M9 A1 upgrade and site-friendly power
HFC has updated the classic M9 platform with well-thought-out details for the field:
- Integrated under-rail (A1 version): Under the barrel the pistol has a tactical rail, so you can easily mount lights, lasers or other kit for night and CQB games.
- Site-friendly muzzle energy (0.75 J): With a muzzle energy of 0.75 J (approx. 87 m/s with a 0.20 g BB), this pistol is within the safe-distance rules at virtually all airsoft sites. That makes it an ideal, safe sidearm for close-quarters situations (CQB).
- Excellent gas efficiency: The closed GNB system means you can shoot noticeably more magazines per gas fill than with traditional blowback pistols. You also avoid the cool-down effect getting in the way during fast strings.
Simple and easy to use
The pistol fires semi-automatic and is fed by a magazine holding 14 BBs, with the gas reservoir built into the magazine. With a fixed hop-up system and a 125 mm inner barrel, it delivers a stable, predictable trajectory at short and medium distances. Its low weight of just 428 g makes it comfortable to carry in the holster all day without weighing you down.
