About Waldo Silicone Oil, Medium
Waldo silicone oil in the mid-weight Medium version (yellow). Waldo makes its silicone oil in three viscosities, each with its own colour and scent, so you can always tell which one you are holding. Medium is the all-round oil that can be used on all general parts.
What you need to know about Medium
- All-round: For general lubrication of airsoft guns when you do not need a particularly thin or thick oil.
- Yellow colour: Easy to tell apart from Slim and Thicc.
- Silicone-based: Kind to rubber and O-rings, unlike petroleum-based oils.
The three viscosities
Slim (white) for tight tolerances such as slides and nozzles, Medium (yellow) for general parts and Thicc (black) for magazine O-rings, springs and gears.
