About Scuba Fill Station with Hose

The Scuba Fill Station with hose mounts on the valve of a scuba tank, so you can transfer compressed air directly to your PCP air rifle or HPA tank. The station has its own pressure gauge and a bleed screw, and the supplied braided hose ends in a quick disconnect coupling that attaches to the fill probe.

Filling from a scuba tank is the quickest and most convenient way to keep PCP and HPA equipment ready. A full scuba tank is enough for many refills of a rifle cylinder, and you avoid hand pumping or waiting for a compressor. The fill station lets you control the fill calmly: open the tank slowly, watch the pressure on the gauge and close it once the gun's fill pressure is reached.

Fill station with pressure gauge and hose

What you need to know about the fill station:

  • Mounts on a scuba tank: The station is tightened onto the tank valve with a thumb screw, so no tools are needed. Check your tank's valve type before buying.
  • Pressure gauge on the station: Shows the pressure in the hose during filling, so you can stop at exactly the pressure your equipment is rated for.
  • Bleed screw: Releases the pressure from the hose after filling, so the coupling can be removed without being under pressure.
  • Braided hose included: The flexible braided hose gives freedom of movement while filling. The fill station is also available without a hose.
  • For PCP and HPA: Used both for PCP air rifles and for HPA tanks for airsoft.

Maintenance and safety

  • Open the scuba tank slowly and fill at a steady pace – fast filling generates heat, and the pressure drops as the air cools.
  • Never fill above the maximum pressure for your rifle or HPA tank.
  • Close the tank and vent the hose with the bleed screw before disconnecting.
  • Keep O-rings and couplings clean and free of dirt, and only use scuba tanks with a valid pressure test stamp.
