Luminox Navy SEAL, Black/Red, 45 mm

The Luminox Navy SEAL Chronograph (XS.3581.EY) is a tribute to the US Navy SEALs. This special edition in the popular 3580 series carries the famous official Navy SEAL motto: "The Only Easy Day Was Yesterday". The motto is printed in sharp red, creating a bold, unmistakable detail on the otherwise black-on-black dial.

Combined with a precise stopwatch function (chronograph), this watch sits at the top of Luminox's tactical military watches.

Light carbon fibre strength and hardened crystal

The watch is built to handle demanding operations and hard everyday use:

• Light, robust CARBONOX™: The 45 mm case is made of Luminox's own high-tech carbon fibre material. It is very hard-wearing, resistant to chemicals and temperature, and keeps the weight down to just 80 g.

• Extra-hardened mineral crystal: The crystal has undergone a special treatment (550–650 Vickers) that makes it about 20% harder and noticeably more scratch-resistant than standard mineral crystal.

• 200 m water resistance: Thanks to double safety gaskets at the crown, a unidirectional rotating diver's bezel and a screw-down caseback in 316L stainless steel, the watch is rated for professional diving and military water activities.

Legibility – "Always Visible"

• Tactical chronograph: The black dial has three sub-dials for the stopwatch function, a date display and the distinctive red Navy SEAL motto.

• Constant glow for 25 years: The watch has Luminox Light Technology (LLT). The built-in micro gas tubes on the hands and indices glow continuously in the dark for up to 25 years – independent of external light sources and without drawing power from the battery.

The watch is powered by a high-quality Swiss Ronda 5030.D quartz movement with a long battery life of up to 43 months. It comes on a hard-wearing, comfortable black nitrile rubber strap (24 mm) with a robust stainless steel buckle.
