Buffalo River Rifle Slip, 120 cm

The Buffalo River rifle slip is a black 120 cm slip in hard-wearing fabric for transporting and storing a rifle or air rifle. It has an outer pocket for magazines, ammunition or other accessories and an adjustable shoulder strap, so it can be carried over your shoulder from the car to the range or the hunting ground.

A slip protects the gun from knocks, scratches and weather during transport and is also the simplest way to transport a gun discreetly and in line with transport rules. Measure your gun from muzzle to butt pad before choosing a size – if it is too long for 120 cm, the slip is also available in 130 cm.

Hard-wearing fabric, pocket and adjustable strap

Five features of the Buffalo River rifle slip:

• 120 cm length: Fits many rifles and air rifles – measure the gun with the scope fitted before ordering.
• Outer pocket: Room for magazines, ammunition, hearing protection or cleaning kit, so everything travels with the gun.
• Adjustable shoulder strap: Frees your hands when the slip has to be carried over longer distances.
• Hard-wearing fabric: Protects against knocks, scratches and weather during transport and storage.
• Black design: A neutral slip that does not stand out in the car or on the range.

Maintenance and safety

• Never put a wet gun in the slip – let both gun and slip dry completely to avoid rust.
• Do not store the gun in the slip for long periods; use an approved gun cabinet for storage.
• Always transport the gun unloaded and with the magazine removed.
• Brush off dirt and wipe the slip with a damp cloth after use in the field.
