Redline Airsoft
The Redline Poppet shim kit allows you to customize the airflow through your Polarstar Poppet.
You can swap or combine the color-coded shims to achieve the ideal airflow.
The Redline Poppet shim kit gives you all the benefits of a low flow Poppet, with the added benefit of shorter poppet dwell times and more possible air flow configurations.
By adding a shim, you increase the distance to your Poppet, which reduces the travel. Reducing the Poppet travel means that the seat's open time is shorter, resulting in less air consumption.
A side effect of reduced Poppet travel is that it also reduces the time it takes for the Poppet to fully close when the solenoid valve is closed. This allows you to raise your DP and achieve a little more reliability without sacrificing air efficiency.
And since everyone's rifle setup is unique, you can use shims to adjust the flow to your rifle without buying more Poppets.
