About Waldo Silicone Oil, Slim
Waldo silicone oil in the thin Slim version (white). Waldo makes its silicone oil in three viscosities, each with its own colour and scent, so you can always tell which one you are holding. Slim is the thinnest and is made for parts with tight tolerances, where a thick oil would slow the movement.
Slim is ideal for
- Pistol slides: The contact surfaces between slide and frame.
- Nozzles in gas guns: Keeps the nozzle light and smooth.
- AEG compression O-rings: Piston head and cylinder head.
- GBBR bolts: Bolt carrier and sliding surfaces.
The three viscosities
Slim (white) for tight tolerances, Medium (yellow) for general parts and Thicc (black) for magazine O-rings, springs and gears.
