About JSB Predator Polymag Shorts, 200 pcs, 4.50 mm (.177)
JSB Predator Polymag Shorts in 4.5 mm (.177) is a hunting pellet with a hollow point and a polymer tip, made to give maximum penetration and effect on target. Shorts is the short version of the Polymag, developed specifically for air rifles with magazines, where the regular Polymag can be too long.
The pellet weighs 8.02 grains (approx. 0.52 g) and is 7.6 mm long. It is produced by JSB, so you get the consistent weight and finish JSB is known for. The tin contains 200 pellets.
Polymer tip in a magazine-friendly length
Polymag Shorts gives you the Polymag concept in a length that fits most magazines.
- Polymer tip: The hollow point with polymer insert is made to give maximum penetration and effect on target compared with a round-nose diabolo pellet.
- Short version for magazines: At 7.6 mm long, Shorts is made for air rifles with magazines, where the standard Polymag can be too long to fit.
- 8.02 grains: Approx. 0.52 g – a mid-weight in 4.5 mm that suits many air rifles.
- Produced by JSB: Made by JSB with the consistent weight and finish that give repeatable shots.
- 200 pcs: Tin of 200 pellets.
Maintenance and safety
Store the pellets dry in the closed tin, and take care not to damage the polymer tip, as a bent tip can affect accuracy. Wash your hands after handling lead pellets, and only shoot at a safe pellet trap.
