Umarex T4E GLOCK 17 Gen5, .43

The GLOCK 17 Gen5 T4E is the first officially licensed GLOCK marker in .43 calibre, developed as a high-end training pistol and backup marker for MagFed paintball. The pistol is made in Germany and built to the original dimensions of the Gen5 firearm, including a hard-wearing polymer frame and a CNC-machined slide in high-strength aluminium (AW 7075). The powerful blowback system gives authentic recoil and realistic handling for both tactical training and play on the field.

Aluminium slide, original Gen5 features and choice of ammunition. The pistol incorporates the familiar Gen5 updates, giving full compatibility with a wide range of original accessories:

• Authentic Gen5 ergonomics and features: The RAM marker has all the classic Gen5 characteristics, including front serrations on the slide for better grip, an Ambidextrous slide stop, a reversible magazine release and the familiar automatic trigger safety. The Rough Textured Frame gives a firm grip, and the pistol fits most standard holsters from manufacturers such as Safariland, Blackhawk and GLOCK, and accepts original GLOCK sights.

• Tool-free CO₂ installation and capacity: The supplied 8-round magazine holds both the ammunition and a standard 12 g CO₂ capsule, which can be pierced and replaced without tools, right on the field. The system delivers a muzzle energy of under 5.0 J with a capacity of approx. 40 shots per capsule. The pistol can also be upgraded with a Quick-Piercing magazine (sold separately), where the capsule is only activated by a light tap on the base of the magazine.

• Recommended ammunition: The pistol fires all types of standard .43 calibre round balls (rubber balls, chalk balls and powder balls). For paintball use, Umarex's own Markingballs (MAB) or Chalkballs (CKB) are recommended. Traditional gelatine-based paintballs should be avoided, as the mechanical spring pressure in the magazine makes them very likely to burst in the magazine or while feeding into the barrel.
