TGHS Smoke Check Hot Sauce

Meet the smoky big brother of the classic cayenne sauces. Smoke Check from The General's takes the familiar American-grown red cayenne peppers and puts them through the fire. By adding slow-smoked chipotle peppers, this sauce gains a deep, earthy and intensely smoky flavour that balances the heat perfectly.

As with the rest of the range, you get very high quality with a full 86% pepper content, which ensures a thick consistency and a flavour that never feels watered down.

Tasting notes and uses:

• Heat: 3 out of 5 – a comfortable medium heat that gives a solid kick without burning all day.
• Flavour profile: A bold bite from cayenne combined with a rich, smoky finish from chipotle.
• Perfect for: Anything that has been near a grill! It is excellent on pulled pork, tacos, burgers and even breakfast eggs that need some character.
• Lifestyle: 100% natural, gluten-free and vegan.

Why choose Smoke Check?

If you love the taste of BBQ and campfire, this is the sauce for you. It comes, of course, in the distinctive grenade bottle, which makes it an obvious gift or an eye-catcher in the kitchen.
