About Bug-A-Salt 3.0, Combat Fibre Optic
Bug-A-Salt 3.0 Combat Fibre Optic is a salt gun for shooting flies and other small insects with ordinary table salt. It fires a spread of salt grains at the insect at short range.
The 3.0 version has more power than earlier versions, a new sight, a new trigger and a new salt reservoir, and it is lighter. It works best at a distance of approx. 1–2 metres.
What you need to know about Bug-A-Salt 3.0
- Ordinary table salt: Just fill the reservoir with salt – no chemicals and no batteries.
- For soft-bodied insects: Works on house flies, mosquitoes, spiders, cockroaches and moths.
- New salt reservoir: Makes refilling with salt quicker and easier.
- Fibre optic sight: The Combat Fibre Optic version has fibre optic sight points that are easy to see when you need to hit fast.

Maintenance and safety
Never shoot at people or animals, and keep it away from faces and eyes. Empty the salt reservoir if the gun will be stored for a long time, so the salt does not absorb moisture.
