About Baofeng UHF/VHF Antenna
Longer antenna for Baofeng radios covering both the VHF and UHF bands. A longer antenna typically gives better range than the short standard antenna, especially in woodland and hilly terrain.
The antenna is 380 mm long and has an SMA-Female connector.
What you need to know about the antenna
- SMA-Female: Fits radios with an SMA-Male output, such as the Baofeng UV-5R.
- VHF and UHF: The antenna covers both bands, so you can use it whichever channels your team runs on.
- 380 mm long: The length gives range, but the antenna can catch on branches more easily than a short antenna.
Who is it for?
The antenna is for airsoft players, hunters and others who use a Baofeng radio and want more range. If your radio has an SMA-Female connector, the antenna will not fit without an adapter. See also our other radios.
