About Baby Hank PVC Patch

Baby Hank is a PVC morale patch from Hank Tactical, our own brand, featuring a little version of our mascot Hank – the cartoon red fox in tactical gear. Baby Hank wears a colourful propeller cap and a Storm Tactical vest and holds a bunny comforter: a small tactical troublemaker with plenty of personality. The design is made in PVC with a 3D effect and has a hook-and-loop backing, so it can go on a plate carrier, chest rig, backpack or cap.

Where many morale patches go for crude jokes or military symbols, Baby Hank takes the cute route, and the contrast with tactical gear is exactly the point. The 3D effect means the design is built up in several layers, so the cap, vest and bunny stand out from the background instead of being printed flat. PVC is moulded in a soft, rubbery material that does not fray like embroidery. The patch fits into the series alongside, for example, Merry Hitmas 2026.

What sets the Baby Hank patch apart:

  • Colourful 3D design: The design is built up in layers, so the details stand out and are clear, even at a distance.
  • Baby Hank with tactical bunny: Propeller cap, Storm Tactical vest and bunny comforter – a cute contrast to the rest of your loadout.
  • PVC instead of embroidery: Moulded PVC handles rain, mud and wear better than thread and keeps the colours bright.
  • Hook-and-loop backing: Attaches directly to loop panels and moves in seconds between vest, backpack and patch panel.
  • Hank Tactical series: Part of our own series of patches featuring the mascot Hank, so it can be collected alongside the other designs.

Maintenance and safety

  • Wipe the patch with a damp cloth. For mud or grease you can use lukewarm water and a little mild soap – avoid solvents and degreasers, which can attack the PVC.
  • Remove the patch before the vest, bag or cap goes in the washing machine, and keep it away from tumble dryers and strong heat, such as behind the windscreen of a car in the sun.
  • Regularly pick grass, lint and hair out of the hook backing so it keeps its grip on the loop panel.
