About PARD Pantera eX 640 50 mm Thermal Riflescope

The PARD Pantera eX 640 (model PA-PAE6-50) is a heavyweight among long-range thermal riflescopes, developed for the demanding hunter who needs maximum range in open terrain. The scope has a professional, highly sensitive VOx 640x512 thermal sensor with a very low NETD of ≤20 mK and a distinctive round 2560x2560 OLED display. The large 50 mm objective gathers a lot of heat signature and gives a very detailed image at long distances with a smooth 50 Hz refresh rate. The housing is built as a traditional 30 mm tube, so mounting is simple with standard 30 mm scope rings.

Note on regulations: The PARD Pantera eX 640 is a thermal sight with a built-in reticle that mounts directly on a firearm. Rules on owning and using weapon-mounted thermal optics vary across the EU – check the regulations in your country before purchase.

Highly sensitive sensor, large 50 mm optics and advanced sensor functions

The scope is packed with smart tools for long-range hunting:

  • Very long range and sharp optics: Thanks to the high sensor resolution and 12 µm pixel pitch, the detection range reaches up to 2600 m. The very low NETD of ≤20 mK means even small temperature differences are registered, so the anatomy and details of game stand out clearly – even in total darkness, dense haze, fog, rain or difficult weather.

  • Advanced image processing and recoil-activated recording: The sight supports photo and video recording directly to its memory. Thanks to the smart recoil-activated function, the scope automatically saves the sequence before, during and after the shot, so your hunting situation is always documented. The buttons are placed logically and ergonomically, so zoom and image modes are easy to operate with gloves on.

  • Integrated technology and long battery life: The scope is packed with software features such as Picture-in-Picture (PIP) and a built-in gyroscope that keep you in full control in the field without affecting the balance of the rifle. With built-in Wi-Fi, you can stream the thermal image live to your smartphone or tablet via the PardVision2 app. The tough, IP67 waterproof housing protects the electronics against heavy recoil, and the battery gives up to 8 hours of continuous run time.
