How fitting works
Turnaround is 2–3 weeks from when we receive your gun.

- Drop off or send your gunAt our shop in Aulum, Denmark, or with a shipping label. Return shipping is free.
- We build and measureShimming, AOE, lubrication, chronograph reading in m/s with your BB weight, and test firing.
- Get your gun backFixed price 500 kr, paid when you order. We return it free of charge, or you can collect it from the shop.
About the kit
The M140+ kit takes the opposite approach to the short high-speed builds: the high rate of fire comes from a strong spring in the M140–M150 class combined with a 45K motor and an 18:1 gear set. The piston has time to cycle fully with a full stroke, and the build avoids the typical high-speed problems.
The build suits powerful setups and LMG-style use with heavy 0.32–0.36 g BBs, where the spring force is put to best use. Load and heat are high, so bearings, latch and hop-up are part of the kit, and a MOSFET/ETU is recommended. You can fit the kit yourself, or let our workshop assemble, shim and test it. When we fit it, we chronograph the velocity and record m/s and BB weight, so the gun stays within the site's limits.
Full stroke, strong spring and heavy BBs
- BalystiK CNC 18:1 gear set: The standard ratio provides the torque needed to pull M140–M150 with a full stroke when combined with a 45K motor.
- Ultimate Infinity CNC U-45000: The high-rev motor delivers the rate of fire, so the gearing can stay at 18:1 and the gearbox is loaded evenly.
- CNC ARL and MOSFET/ETU as an option: A strong spring causes hard stops, so the kit has a CNC latch that can take it. The high current also calls for a MOSFET/ETU to protect the contacts. It is not included in the kit, because many players already have one – if you need one, you can add the E-Shooter Kestrel V2, Jefftron Scylla V2 or Jefftron Leviathan V2 (premium with its own trigger).
- 310 mm inner barrel and Maple Leaf Super Macaron: A longer barrel suits the air volume of a full stroke, and the hop-up bucking is chosen to lift heavy BBs consistently.
- Ceramic 8 mm bearings: Lower friction and less heat under the high load of the build.
Maintenance and safety
- Fitting requires disassembly of the gearbox, shimming and correct lubrication. If you haven't done it before, we recommend having it fitted in our workshop
- Always measure velocity with a chronograph after fitting, and stay within the site's limits for your type of replica
- Use an 11.1 V LiPo battery with a suitable discharge rating, and always charge with a balance charger in a LiPo safety bag
- Clean the barrel and hop-up regularly, and inspect the gearbox after a season with many game days
- Always wear approved eye protection during play and testing
