How fitting works
Turnaround is 2–3 weeks from when we receive your gun.
- Order the kit and fittingEnter your gun model and gearbox, and tick the box about the right of withdrawal.
- Drop off or send your gunAt our shop in Aulum, Denmark, or with a shipping label. Return shipping is free.
- We build and measureShimming, AOE, lubrication, chronograph reading in m/s with your BB weight, and test firing.
- Get your gun backFixed price 500 kr, paid when you order. We return it free of charge, or you can collect it from the shop.
About the kit
The High-Speed M120 full auto kit is a classic tuning setup: an M4 with a stronger spring in the M130–M140 class, a high rate of fire and a gearbox built to withstand it. The kit uses a 16:1 gear set and a CNC 45K motor, so power and rate of fire come from the motor and spring rather than very short gearing.
The build places high demands on electronics and feeding. A MOSFET/ETU is strongly recommended to relieve the trigger contacts, and a 300 mm barrel suits the spring force. For good feeding we recommend an XM177 nozzle, which the workshop adapts when fitting. You can fit the kit yourself, or let our workshop assemble, shim and test it. When we fit it, we chronograph the velocity and record m/s and BB weight, so the gun stays within the site's limits.
Strong spring, high rate of fire and electronics that keep up
- 16:1 gear set: A mid ratio that can pull the stronger spring without overloading the motor, while still giving a high rate of fire with a 45K motor.
- Ultimate Infinity CNC U-45000: A high-rev long-shaft CNC motor. It delivers the build's rate of fire and is chosen to pull M130–M140 on an 11.1 V battery.
- MOSFET/ETU as an option: A MOSFET/ETU takes the current away from the trigger contacts so they don't burn out at high current, and gives a sharper trigger response. It is not included in the kit, because many players already have one in their gun. If you need one, you can add the E-Shooter Kestrel V2 (set up from an app), Jefftron Scylla V2 or Jefftron Leviathan V2 (premium with its own trigger).
- CNC ARL and ceramic bearings: With a high rate of fire and a strong spring, the latch and bearings are the most heavily loaded parts. Both are upgraded in the kit.
- 300 mm stainless steel inner barrel: An Ultimate 6.03 mm stainless steel barrel that suits the spring force of the build.
Maintenance and safety
- Fitting requires disassembly of the gearbox, shimming and correct lubrication. If you haven't done it before, we recommend having it fitted in our workshop
- Always measure velocity with a chronograph after fitting, and stay within the site's limits for your type of replica
- Use an 11.1 V LiPo battery with a suitable discharge rating, and always charge with a balance charger in a LiPo safety bag
- Clean the barrel and hop-up regularly, and inspect the gearbox after a season with many game days
- Always wear approved eye protection during play and testing
