How fitting works
Turnaround is 2–3 weeks from when we receive your gun.
- Order the kit and fittingEnter your gun model and gearbox, and tick the box about the right of withdrawal.
- Drop off or send your gunAt our shop in Aulum, Denmark, or with a shipping label. Return shipping is free.
- We build and measureShimming, AOE, lubrication, chronograph reading in m/s with your BB weight, and test firing.
- Get your gun backFixed price 500 kr, paid when you order. We return it free of charge, or you can collect it from the shop.
About the kit
This High-Speed M100 kit is built for pure full auto. The kit combines a 13:1 gear set with a 40K motor and a low spring force, so the M4 delivers a high rate of fire with a smooth, predictable cycle when you hold the trigger down.
The difference from the semi version is the gearing and motor: here the build is set up for full auto, where rate of fire and a stable cycle matter more than the response to a single trigger pull. You can fit the kit yourself, or let our workshop assemble, shim and test it. When we fit it, we chronograph the velocity and record m/s and BB weight, so the gun stays within the site's limits.
Built for full auto with a high rate of fire
- 13:1 CNC gear set: The ratio gives a high rate of fire without being as short as 12:1. This gives a little more torque and a more stable cycle in full auto.
- Ultimate BOOST 40K motor: A high-rev long-shaft motor matched to the 13:1 gearing, so the rate of fire comes from the motor and not from even shorter gearing.
- CNC steel anti-reversal latch: Handles the rapid stops and starts of full auto, where a standard latch is a known weak point.
- Ceramic 8 mm bearings: Lower friction means less current draw and heat during long bursts.
- 250 mm inner barrel and M110–M120 spring: A short barrel and low spring force suit the high-speed cycle and keep the build within the full-auto limit.
Maintenance and safety
- Fitting requires disassembly of the gearbox, shimming and correct lubrication. If you haven't done it before, we recommend having it fitted in our workshop
- Always measure velocity with a chronograph after fitting, and stay within the site's limits for your type of replica
- Use an 11.1 V LiPo battery with a suitable discharge rating, and always charge with a balance charger in a LiPo safety bag
- Clean the barrel and hop-up regularly, and inspect the gearbox after a season with many game days
- Always wear approved eye protection during play and testing
