Luminox Navy SEAL 3581, 45 mm

The Luminox Navy SEAL Chronograph builds on the heritage and close partnership with US military elite units that began back in 1992. The goal then – and now – is clear: to create a watch that can withstand tough challenges on land, in the air and under water without problems.

This model in the 3580 series combines classic diving features with a precise chronograph (stopwatch function) for accurate timing in the field.

Light strength with CARBONOX™ and extra-hardened crystal

The watch's construction is made to withstand demanding environments:

• Robust and light: The 45 mm case is made of Luminox's signature material, CARBONOX™. This carbon-fibre-based material is non-metallic, hypoallergenic, very strong and keeps the total weight of the watch down to just 80 g.

• Hardened mineral crystal: The crystal is specially treated and hardened (550–650 Vickers), making it about 20% harder and more scratch-resistant than standard mineral crystal.

• Professional diving specifications: With a unidirectional rotating diver's bezel, stainless steel screw-down caseback and gasket-sealed crown, the watch is water-resistant to 200 metres (20 ATM).

Legibility – "Always Visible"

Whether you are in direct sunlight or at the bottom of the sea in total darkness, the time can be read instantly:

• High contrast by day: The deep black dial with sharp white numerals gives very good legibility in daylight.

• Constant glow at night: Thanks to the proven Luminox Light Technology (LLT) illumination system, the watch has micro gas tubes that glow constantly for up to 25 years – without drawing power from the battery or needing to be charged by sunlight.

Reliable Swiss movement

Inside the tough case is a high-quality Swiss Ronda 5030.D quartz movement. It drives the time display, the date display and the precise chronograph function. The watch comes on a hard-wearing black nitrile rubber strap that sits comfortably on the wrist during all activities.
