About Hatsan Torpedo 150TH Sniper, 4.5 mm
The Hatsan Model 150 Sniper Torpedo is a very hard-hitting air rifle from Turkish maker Hatsan. It has a muzzle velocity of 380 m/s with standard 4.5 mm pellets. With special pellets, velocity can be raised by up to around 25 %, which means the rifle can reach 475 m/s.
The rifle has a black synthetic stock with a thumbhole for added comfort. It has Hatsan's SAS (Shock Absorber System), which reduces recoil, and the TRIOPAD butt pad in hard rubber, which reduces recoil further and comes with small spacers you can fit to adjust it to you. The Sniper version also adds an adjustable cheek piece and an integrated moderator that reduces the report.
Unlike many air rifles, the barrel does not break open – instead, the rifle has an underlever beneath the barrel. This gives extra accuracy, because you don't handle the barrel itself and it can be fixed rigidly.
The rifle also has Hatsan's Quattro trigger, a two-stage trigger that gives a smoother, more precise trigger pull, and TruGlo fibre-optic sights that light up as you aim. You can of course fit a scope if you prefer – the rifle is prepared for it.
A bipod is included in the box to help accuracy when aiming, as the rifle has some weight to it.
